Possessin a pair of identical alleles at a given locus.
monozygotic, monozygosity, monozygous:
Pertaining to or derived from one zygote.
syzygiology:
The study of the relationship of the whole as contrasted to that of isolated parts and functions.
syzygy, syzygium, syzygial:
The conjunction and fusion of organs without loss of identity.
zygal:
Shaped like a yoke.
zygapophyseal:
A reference to an articular process of a vertebra (zygapophysis).
zygapophysis:
An articular process of a vertebra.
zygion (singular), zygia (plural) : A craniometric and cephalometric landmark, being the most laterally situated point on either zygomatic arch.

zygodactyl, zygodactylism:
A term sometimes used to designate simple syndactyly (webbing between adjacent digits so they are more or less completely attached), as distinguished from syndactyly in which there is bony fusion between the phalanges of the digits involved; usually occurring in the hand between the third and fourth digits and in the foot between the fourth and fifth.
